If cancelled due to weather, credit will be applied to a future trip. Half (1/2) down deposit is required for all trips. A trip is NOT scheduled until the deposit has been received. If the trip is cancelled within two (2) weeks of the trip, the deposit will be refunded. If the trip is cancelled Fourteen (14) to seven (7) days from the trip, the despot will be credited towards a future trip. If canceled within seven (7) days of the trip, NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED (Family Emergency Allowances).
